Teach Virginia how to talk to people. Floor& Decor lost a whole flooring project because of her and her attitude. Hope the manager you were writing an email to and instead of helping me reads this, and the "email" you were writing i hope was worth the 2 minutes you asked me to wait. Which i did then I was treated like a problem.
