Savannah helped us after at least 3 other employees walked past me and my wife as we were deciding which flooring option was best. Savannah has a vast knowledge of wood flooring. If she didn’t know the answer, she said so. If she did know the answer, she was thorough and to the point. We were very impressed by her expertise as well as her kindness towards us.
