My design consult today with Michele Allen was invaluable. I needed to select multiple items for an outdoor kitchen project. Michele's design background, product knowledge and excellent listening skills transformed my ideas and inspiration photos into a reality. Floor & Decor has so many good product options. Michele's guidance expedited my decision making and even made the process enjoyable. I am no longer feeling overwhelmed by my project. Im back to being inspired and excited. We bought some of the most expensive floor and found out the mismatch colors among several opened boxes. It’s not normal color variation that professional floor workers pointed out. We have to returned all purchased boxes and been refunded only for partial of it. They refused to refund the other boxes even though it’s their product problem. It delayed our whole process and wasted labor and time of the workers. I would expect all being refunded as they sell us “lemon” product.
