Great experience! I bought tile and grout for my bathroom remodel here. I was able to use the 90 day return policy to save on excess material that wasn’t used. They have a great selection and helpful staff.
Just had the best experience shopping for kitchen tile, and backsplash for fireplace. Prices are really reasonable compared to other flooring stores, but above all else their customer service was the best. Bill and Luis went above and beyond with their customer service. I saw a tile I wanted that was out of stock then he mentioned he had one in the back that they haven’t brought out yet, and I fell in love with it and it matched my house perfectly. Terrible customer service here. I only gave it two stars because they're nice. But God forbid you ask somebody to actually do something. I waited half an hour to have someone come over to lower a pallet down onto the floor. After 30 minutes I finally just chose something else and loaded it myself to leave. She did tell me to go up front and pay for it and in 30-45 minutes someone would bring it to me in the parking lot. Yeah, no thanks.This store is always like that.
