Outstanding customer service.
I just wanna give a shout out to Angeles One of the managers at the east side floor and decor. We had a weird thing happened, where there was a batch of tile that was not the same as the original Tile purchased, and it was late that night, and she made us feel very comfortable that they were gonna take care of everything. The next day we came in the next day and the Pro desk was awesome. They helped get the tile exchanged quickly and problem resolved the east store has a great team that worked together to get things done. ! ... read more
