I came to pick up an order that I was told would be ready, but when I arrived, the entire team went on break and no one was available to assist. I’ve been left waiting without any clear timeline on when my order will be brought out. This kind of lack of coordination and communication is frustrating, especially when customers plan their time around pickup appointments. I expect better organization and customer service from a company like Floor & Decor.
