Wasn’t happy with my experience at all, upon walking into the store it seemed like i could get no help and when i finally found someone they couldn’t help me with my questions. Therefore i was handed off to a manger which who was just downright rude. This store has really gone down hill and i will not be returning
I went to floor and decor for a bathroom update. I was lucky enough to work with Mina Botous who has excellent taste and knew exactly what I wanted. Mina picked out fabulous tile for shower and floor as well as a very cool rock for shower floor. I would highly recommend him for design. Mina has also followed up to see how the project is going and supported finding more tile if needed. This is an excellent person and place to go for design.
Mina Botrous/Design Supervisor was beyond amazing to work with! He made our tile selection process a breeze with his expertise and expansive knowledge base.
Austin helped us and was so patient. He helped us with selecting splash and grout. He was fabulous!
Mina was fantastic! Highly recommend for any design needs!
