From the beginning, Mark's attention to detail was apparent from the day I walked in to the shop until the project was done. I had a kitchen remodeling project this year and I needed new flooring. Turns out Mark does way more than flooring! He also coordinated with the counter fabricators and the plumber. That was such a relief as I didn't want the hassle! Mark and his crew take pride in their work, and it really shows. I will definitely go back when it's time to start the next project!
My longtime trusted handyman recommended FCC from seeing their work at several locations, and over the years they have done and re-done the rugs in our entire house twice and are now working on thrice! Great quality rugs and easy to work with. I’m very disappointed with Mark. We used, and recommended, him for years. Floor covering concepts products are high end, along with the price. I don’t mind paying for materials and workmanship if it’s worth it. Up until now, I had no issues. This business is no longer recommended by us. Mark has become disrespectful. When questioned why flooring is coming loose in places, he blamed the home owner. Instead of offering to look at flooring, he told home owner how to fix it! Top notch contractor! I love my new luxury vinyl plank flooring and my new luxurious carpet. I can't say enough about Floor Covering Concepts. From the start with assessing the best plan to adress my personal needs, Mark's vast understanding and knowledge were great! The installation process was extremely professional and exact.
