This company is disgusting, they stand behind their sexist, hateful employees even when they are clearly wrong. Talking to their "legal department" is a joke, all they do is brush you away. I and my whole contracting company have decided to stop spending money with these clowns after spending almost 500k this year alone.
Never order samples Online for a product not in your local store if you live in Chicagoland! As a former DM who loved working for F&D I still bring business to my old store and others but needed a sample of a product only at the Port . Eveyone is the Smyrna, Georgia store is always attentive and willing to help, they will explain materials, make suggestion and even the cashiers are quick and effective with returns. Honestly a great store and staff
If I could rename this company, it would be “Floor and Destruction.” My experience with Floor and Decor was beyond disappointing and completely frustrating. I spent over $4500 on flooring, only to be stuck with defective product and absolutely no accountability from the company. From the beginning, I never asked for a full refund. DO NOT SPECIAL ORDER WITH THEM!!! After purchasing flooring with them and special ordering matching step pads. The sales team told us 2 - 3 weeks. We are now going on week 8 with 2 confirmed delivery deadlines missed. The store manager Chris (found out he's not the store manager, but told me he was) at the Lonetree store never calls you back.
