Had a scheduled appointment time and no one showed up and didn't even call to let know they were now coming. Went to another flooring place found the same product there that is who is getting my business.
Started out as a good experience. Friendly and helpful at store and were prompt to measure on a Thursday afternoon. Supposed to have pricing for us in a day or two. Monday I left a message saying I needed the price that day. No response! We went with another company.
We had a great experience with Justin, he did a fantastic job on our new flooring. Christina was very helpful at their showroom. We were able to take samples home to see how it looked in our own lighting. Highly recommend them.
