Called the scheduler and he took my contact info before connecting me with the plumber. The plumber was all set and said he'd be by in 10 minutes. But he did not let me know that he didn't have my phone number and I was supposed to be waiting outside the apartment building to let him in. So he waited outside before leaving. I waited by the phone ready to let him in as I'd told him beforehand the intercom didn't work and he'd have to call me when he got there. We wasted each other's time. Not a good experience.
