The customer service is awful! After forgetting part of my order twice, they sent me the wrong glasses. It took awhile for anyone to answer my email. Then I was told I would get an immediate refund. However, I can’t get a response from anyone about why that still hasn’t happened in almost 10 days. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Lenses flaking after 1 month, was told this happens if you get the lenses wet. ???? But they would replace them,i just had to pay $25 and they would ship me a new pair. When i was upset about that i was told “ its your lucky day and we will send you a “free” pair of sunglasses” but was never even asked style or anything! I guess we will see if we ever receive them! Will never purchase again!

In Key West and left my fav polarized sunnys home in Marathon. Bought my first Floats. 3 days later, a huge gust of wind blew them off my head (they are very lightweight), and they fell to the ground. The right ear piece broke and was not repairable, and lenses were all scratched. I was super unhappy as I had already overpaid for them (buying anything in Key West is more expensive) and now they were broken. I was in Key West and needed shades since I forgot mine at home. Found a spot and tried on quite a few with no luck then tried FLOATS. AMAZING FIT AND PROTECTION! Highly recommend!
