We're are the original float center opened in 2008. Many have heard of floating through Joe Rogan. Another commonly used term is sensory deprivation. That sounds a little scary but don't worry, you can leave a light on until you relax. We are proud to say that practically every other center's owner floated at our place and fell in love with floating. We are located in Miramar, and are proud to be the favorite for locals to meet friends for a float or sauna session. We have float pods and rooms. Come see us today!

My experience at Float Spa was wonderful. I thought I would be claustrophobic but it wasn’t. I enjoyed the serenity and quiet. You take a shower first, put on ear plugs and then enter the pod. The water makes your skin smooth and soft. I used the floatie for my head. After a few minutes, the music ends and you experience silence. I fell asleep for a short time bc I had a dream. This was my first time trying floating and I loved it. The owner was very nice and welcoming. The place was perfect and has everything you could need for the experience.
This was my fist experience floating in 2014. I’ve been floating since then. Some day I will make it back that way.
This needs to be a regular treat. I "checked out" and got a temporary break from life's challenges. Stress melted away. Already looking forward to a repeat next month.
I highly recommend this float spa. Personnel are kind and facility is very clean. Reasonable prices too
