As a first timer, I was pretty nervous as I am not the best floater and wasn't sure what to expect. When I got into the water, the amount of Epsom Salt they put into the water just helps you float effortlessly. For the first couple of minutes my mind was everywhere, but as I kept floating, my body and mind became relaxed very quickly! It was an awesome experience and would recommend everyone to try it out. If you’re seeking a place to recharge and experience relaxation in a new way...you need to try this. I had such an amazing first float. The staff members were great, I definitely plan to return.
I’ve never felt so relaxed and at peace before! It’s a safe place where you don’t feel awkward or judged or anything but welcomed and relaxed!
