RecommendedEverything about the place was exceptional. All the details were considered. Jonathon, our guide, was awesome. And the experience... I was quite apprehensive but once I was able to calm myself, I relaxed in a way I haven’t been able to in the past. I stayed that way the rest of the day & slept so well which was an added benefit for someone like myself with chronic insomnia! Most certainly 5/5 for everything! I already have my appointment booked for next month!
Beautiful float rooms with all the amenities! You just walk in and go "Ahhh!". Great friendly staff who are very knowledgeable.
30 years ago my father, Dr Allen "Luke" Belden, pioneered Sensory Deprivation as treatment for stress and other challenges as part of his practice at St. Elizabeth Hospital. I floated for the first time today and it definitely won't be my last. It was such a relaxing and amazing experience unlike any other. I've never felt so relaxed and shut off from all the chaos and busy life around me. I have a high stess level and terrible foot pain and from my first float I can tell it's helping. Thank you so much for being so helpful and the customer service is awesome. I recommend this to every single person I know!
At first I was quite skeptical, saying that it's located right in the middle of town, however, after you go back to the lounge it feels isolated from the rest of the world and you become part of a warm welcoming environment. The float itself was great, large chambers that for me, being 6 foot, proved to be plenty tall for for my size. Float light was an amazing experience, i suffer from panic attacks and anxiety and i feel so much better after. Staff was more than helpful and made you feel comfortable. Will be coming back forsure!

You can tell so much thought went into the experience! From the decor, to the rooms, to the amenities, and the after relaxation lounge. It was a very calming space. The first time you go, there is a lot of information to process, but I can’t wait for my next float.
