RecommendedFirst time float, it was great! It's something you should try and experience, total isolation is is something you can't describe you have to do it. No light, no sound just your breathing and heartbeat. Thank you again for a great experience!
Sooo relaxing, just as good if not better than a massage. I drawn in at first for the meditative benefits. But I've also noticed how it helps with my sore muscles and joints after a long week. I advise going at least twice. The second time I felt more comfortable, knew what to expect, and got more out of it.

I did my first float today at Float Light. My expectations were met and surpassed! Great staff, great facility, and an amazing experience. Complete darkness and silence while floating allows you to shut your mind off and achieve pure relaxation. Looking forward to doing it again!!
the staff are amazing. the float was very relaxing. I recommend you allow plenty of time to relax there after the float so you don't feel rushed. you are allowed to stay as long as you want.
It was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. Staff are very professional and the facility is wonderful. I am recommending it to all my friends and family in the UP!

Owner is very friendly and ensures a great experience! I felt very relaxed and calm after my float, I used it to find complete relaxation and meditation. I will recommend to others and will float again... hopefully soon!
