Great service, and very clean and relaxing environment. All amenities provided. I went for the first time just to give it a try, and found out it's not my kind of thing, but that's only due to my person. 4 stars only because the shampoo/conditioner is mint, which burns. Its all natural which is wonderful but they could definitely have a non-mint option/if I was aware it would be mind I would have just packed my own shampoo and conditioner. I go to Floathouse (both locations) so often that I should probably subscribe. The staff are tip top. Friendly, welcoming, fun people. The facility is spotless and serene. Everytime I go it is a gift to myself. Recently I had a massage for the first time and Cara was terrific. Intuitive and professional. Can’t wait to return!
