Unimpressed. I really wanted to like it because it's on a rooftop which is definitely cool, but the overall vibe was lackluster. The bartender/server was a bit cold, if not at times annoyed by questions. Second, while the food was tasty, the portions were super small -- a fish "skewer" was 3 small cubes of fish. And, perhaps most egregious, the drinks were just okay. Not sure there was much alcohol despite the $18 price tag.
