These are the worse apartments I have ever lived in. The manager Norma is a racist to some of us. She try’s to make my life a living hell. This place is infested with roaches, termites and mold. My tub is cracking and they won’t do nothing about. I contacted mark in the Los Angeles office and he didn’t care. All they care about is money. The walls have cracks and holes everywhere. The carpet is old an the tile on the floor is lifting. They don’t care about their tenants at all. They are slumlords
Reading the reviews from my apartment complex, seems the same issues for years. Seriousley, fire the managers at Los vecinos before you end up being sued. Sick and tired, your apology means nothing when you do nothing, this is clear.
Always a pleasure dealing wirh this property management group. Highly recommend them. They are responsive and very accommodating.
