When I started these classes I was nervous i would not fit but little did I know I was so wrong!these girls have become friends and have been nothing but supportive. I am currently in level 3 and I plan on continuing. If there is one thing I have taken to heart “ every pole journey is different, never compare yourself to anyone but you!”
Flirt fitness is the best workout, and I feel empowered. The bond you make with your classmates is amazing. I've made good friends in such a short time and I feel more confident about my appearance since I had my son.
I love every second I have spent at Flirt Fitness!!! I am so glad I joined months ago! One of the best things I have ever done for myself!! The woman are so warm and friendly and you have so much fun working out it’s crazy awesome! �

I have been going to Flirt for almost 2 years. I have built such an amazing group of friends and pole sisters. The support and love you get is amazing. The things I never thought I could do I am. Best thing I have done for myself.

I have been unable to get of anyone for the intro class. I have a Groupon as well. Kind of disappointed.
