Great Help getting leads. Just Two months in and already have 80 leads

Contact Lead Flipt hasn't done well for our team so far. We have campaigns set up to contact lead at least once a week if not more.
Need Help I did not get an appointment with this one, I know I need to set up some sort of a system with these leads!
Be Better! I have sent in a 2 emails to have someone speak to me. I have only had 11 inquiries so far into my ad run. Most are either emails or addresses very few with phone numbers. for the cost I could run my own ads on fave book and get the same results.

Not convinced just yet.. Two months in out of a 6 month trial and so far have found prospects to be less than interested. Will evaluate again in another two months, but at this rate will probably not renew. 17 prospects not worth the expense thus far.
Paid for itself I got one listing last year so it paid for itself. If I followed up better it would be an even better tool for my business.
