This is a total scam. Don't believe any of their lies. They sell their product in a completely inappropriate way. I unfortunately fell victim. After a month I realized they completely lied to me about their product. I had someone contact me from the company and I told them how upset I was and that I would not be renewing. They charged my card anyway saying it was automatic and that I would not get a refund even though I told them I would not renew. Please be cautious with this company. They are cheaters!

Although I received several leads during my contract, they lacked substantive quality across the board. Many did not provide a phone number or entered "555.555.5555." Several "unsubscribed" from the list the first or second day of contact. For those who stayed, I sent an email, then a personal note and my business card to each contact, and followed up with them… Nada. I have been with Flipt for two months now, I landed a listing from it the first 3 weeks, and love the back end log in for access to all my leads, it`s nice to have and easy to use. Being new, I misunderstood the full extent of the platform and confused it with another company. Flipt does a great job of helping me promote myself as well as my business. They continually have my information in front of potential sellers regardless of where the seller is searching for information. I find the cost to be equally in line with the services offered. Whether a seasoned agent or a newbie a great place to grow your business.

Woodacree lead I mailed him twice, emailed him 3 times and tried to call at least 4 times. Never got in touch with him, so no relationship established.
