As much as I like the product,after sales follow up is non existent. Had an issue with it not fitting properly on my machine from day 1 . After calls to Flipscreen to find a workable solution and being told some new brackets would be sent,I fixed it myself as was tired of waiting. While I had many calls from salesman prior to purchasing,I haven’t had a call since to see how it’s going or if problem had been sorted!!!!!! Appears that once money is handed over job is done
I have been in the construction industry for 25 years and I believe they are the best company I have dealt with to date. The flip screen I purchased preformed at a level beyond our expectations. Highly recommend these attachments, Sam, Richard and there team.
