This store is awesome!! Unbelievable customer service. Shopped there today and was greeted with a handshake and a welcome, a short conversation, and I felt appreciated and important to them as a customer. Everyone was friendly and professional. My name is Sandra Jones; I don’t understand why Klane Maple the owner of Flip consignment store feels that I don’t deserve any of my $175.00 back from a jacket of $300.00 that was placed on layaway is that fair. When I lost my job, I couldn’t afforded to purchase that jacket, so I asked Mr. Klane Maple for my money back, he refuse to give me any of $175.00 that I am asking for. Now he has the jacket and my money is that fair. If anyone has the same issues please push like, I would like to hear from you.
As a person who has been in the luxury business and customer service world all of my working career I am highly impressed with the professionalism and outstanding customer service I was provided with.
