They do not communicate with their customers. I had a Fendi purse on consignment and the only way they will communicate is through email. It finally sold and they sent me a check with no explanation. According to the contract, I would receive 60% of the sale but they sent me a check for 40% of the sale and now they won’t even answer my emails. When I go into the store, they will not discuss it with me and tell me to email them!!!! Very bad business. I will never work with them again!!!!

The very worst experience possible. Some Items on consignment or rejected are missing. In trying to resolve was attacked in the most abhorrent way by Klane who also bullied and insulted my partner to the point of tears. They are beyond rude, have no sense of customer service and unresponsive to the question of where are the items and when can they be picked up. If you want to look like a million bucks on a paycheck with less commas this is your spot! Service was superb! The staff were there when I needed them, and let me peruse in peace! I cannot say enough good things about this place. The owners took the time to thank me and shake my hand on the way out. You just don’t see service like that anymore!!
I brought all my clothes here for consignment when I lived in Nashville. I love how professional and easy it is to use their services. Not to mention Toy’s tailoring is the BEST. It’s inside the men’s store.
