Phenomenal staff. I was greeted at the door and helped the entire way through. They listened, suggested many items, and tailored the experience and the clothing to exactly what I was looking for. I'm so obsessed with this store. The staff made the experience amazing.

First time stopping in...Amazing service and affordable in-house alterations to get a few pairs of great jeans trimmed to fit perfectly without having to deal with dreaded department stores. I'll certainly be back to explore their other items available!
It’s a great concept. However, I feel like the items are over-priced for being used. They price their clothes very similar to TJ Maxx or Nordstrom Rack, if not higher. For instance, there was a pair of black Nike shoes on the counter listed for $90, while it is priced at $124 at the Nike store at the Opry Mills Mall.
Great store and great staff! Definitively recommend it!
Beware of this establishment, their policies are "designed" to benefit them, not YOU the consigner.
