Great customer service and response time
I rented a condo with Flip Flop through their listing on VRBO. Two weeks before my vacation, I called the office to confirm payment. They told me the condo had been double-booked, so they could no longer honor my reservation. I scrambled to find another place to rent, but Flip Flop never canceled my booking, so VRBO will not refund the $300 fee they charged. Everything about our trip was amazing! Hello Sunshine Villa was the perfect getaway. We had everything we needed in the beautifully decorated home. The location to the beach couldn’t have been better. Booking with Flip Flop Vacations was easy and the communication was great! Looking forward to going again soon
Beautiful corner unit on Orange Beach overlooking the gulf. Condo was clean and comfortable. Working with FlipFlop Vacations was simple and efficient. I would highly recommend both. We will definitely be back!!!
