Gabby, the property manager, is very vindictive. She added a lease violation, without notice, because I questioned why she refused to have maintenance replace the broken washer and dryer that’s been left in my apartment for over a year. She’s extremely nice when she’s calling and begging to have you renew the lease, however, when I went into the office to view a larger unit, she failed to greet me and ignored me until I walked out 15 minutes later. I am a new tenant as of today and I’m impressed. Johnsie was a god sent. Very sweet literally a perfect angel through our entire process. Very informative & eager to help in any way. She was literally the best I’ve ever experienced while moving in to a new apartment. The complex looks beautiful. You can tell that they definitely take pride in the inside and outside of the complex. They also have socials for all tenants. Honey forget all of the other apartment complex’s & come to Flintridge Apartments…. We call it home💜
I Just moved in , I’m in love with my apartment SO NICE AND COZY!! 🥰 everything was so smooth from the application to the move in . JOHNSIE IS THE BEST I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT HER , she was so patient and understanding🫶 definitely recommend these apartments No complaints at all🥳🥳
