This place is a disaster. We’ve had no hot water for THREE days and this isn’t the first time. Hot water outages are a constant problem here. On top of that, there’s a roach infestation affecting multiple units I personally have spoken to multiple neighbors that are having the same issue, and pest control visits haven’t fixed it. Recently, management switched from CAF Management to Live BH and changed the rent payment portal without notifying residents. We were just left to figure it out. This place is an absolute nightmare. Roaches are everywhere, inside and out—it's utterly disgusting. On top of the filth, there's a constant safety concern with some random shirtless guy who looks high wandering around all the time. And if you're lucky, you'll have hot water. Seriously, don't fall for the fake 5-star reviews. Avoid this complex like the plague. It's unsafe, unsanitary, and a complete rip-off.
