I normally do not leave negative reviews, but living here has been an exhausting experience. We have dealt with ongoing maintenance and quality-of-life issues for a long time now. Water came through the walls. The sliding glass back door has never properly worked. Issues with the bathtub have repeatedly been dismissed or minimized instead of actually resolved. The hot water regularly takes well over a minute and a half, sometimes close to two minutes, to heat up, yet that has also been treated as if it is normal or not a rea... read more

Great apartments in a quiet neighborhood. We were warmly greeted upon entering the leasing office, and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. The staff was accommodating and took the time to show us an apartment that fit within our requested price range. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the excellent hospitality has made us eager to apply.
