Maintenance has not responded or addressed my concerns, and I don’t even know what they look like at this point. My Washer/Dryer and Shower were supposed to be THERE and FIXED already!!!! *1 star — new management is exploiting residents for cash??????* Since new management took over Flintridge Apartment Homes, they've decided visitors need to pay to exist. They get two free visitor days total for their first month, and after that they’re charged $5 plus processing fees every single time someone visits. This isn't a luxury property. Johnsie is so amazing! She helped me my entire process with my apartment. I Update: i had roach issues until the last couple months and i got charged over $600 for my move out even though I stated I was military and sent it in my paperwork. Flintridge had ghosted me and the charge is still here...
It's been like this for a week.
Priscilla was amazing! Very informative, definitely made me feel comfortable and wanting to rent with her.
