Staff demanding personal information so they can "look you up in the computer" before they will answer basic questions about how their practice works. I need only medical management. I have a therapist that I am not willing to give up. If a practice requires me to change to their therapy program, then they're NOT a good fit for me. No other medical profession withholds basic customer service information from potential customers.
