A 2 1/2 wait and they never saw me, so I left and never got my refills nor the MD At job front desk staff, you said you didn’t have your (my ) file and that was why I was never called to see the MD while waiting in the waiting room for that 2 1/2 hour wasted time. Thank you front desk staff
The doctor who gave me my test was great.However, the staff is out of this world bad. I have read a lot of reviews about how bad this place is, and I can't argue. I went because my other doctor from Insight Pain Management sent me there. Never again.
I should have read the reviews. Very unprofessional and they do not treat you like a person. The office girls are ridiculously rude. Asked to have my MRI done where I've been going for the last two years with this condition and they absolutely refused to even acknowledge I was asking. Or my doctors office calling. Idk how they even get referrals like this.
If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is ridiculously unorganized. I've gone and waited 1 to 2 hours each time I was to meet with the doctor. My last two appointments were absolutely worthless because they did not have my MRI results. I had an appointment scheduled for 4/24/24 I asked them if they had my MRI results... They had no record of it. They wanted me to call RMI and get my results and bring them in. NO, I'm done. I will find somewhere else to go.
