For starters, I did not buy my RV here, so they may treat "locals" better than they treat foreigners. I carried my Big Sky RV here for warranty work and to say service dept is lackadaisical is an understatement! They didn't do anything they promised over the phone before I dropped it off. They were supposed to get the warranty claim in "BEFORE" I dropped the unit off. Didn't happen. They were supposed to replace a 13.5k btu AC with a 15K btu AC which now gives me an E1 error message on my CC2 thermostat controller. After tal... read more

I was not under the impression we had screwed you over, since we did not charge for any service we tried to do on the unit, but I appreciate how you feel and again I am sorry for the experience you had. It's not a normal experience most people have. I am sure keystone will work with you on a remedy for your ac issues.
We had the best salesperson. Gave an excellent trade-in deal. The staff prepped our trailer wonderfully. Leveled it and put it on our truck; parked old and new side by side; we simply transfered out stuff and drove off the lot. You really need to visit this rv lot and talk to their friendly staff. You won't be sorry.
