Was on our way out of town for vacation and during a Pre inspection I found the AC wouldn’t come on. They got me in right away. The tech got on the roof in the rain and fixed it (bird had built a nest in it). Took him about 15 minutes. Went to pay. No Charge! Always had the best customer service there. If your looking for a camper, you need to check them out.
We bought a 2018 Forest River Cruise Lite, finally got it out for our first weekend camping. Called in with questions about stuff we had forgot from the walkthrough, got answers right then. Customer service is great!!!
Couldnt give a zero.. absolute worse customer service, broken promises, calls not returned by owner. Incompetent service department.. could go on and on. Bought a 3500 dollar extended warranty to go along with a 53k rv, and was promised the moon and were delivered less then nothing. Go elsewhere

We appreciate your comments, however, like we responded to your wifes comment, we do not do repairs not approved by the manufacturer. Nor do we try to do jobs with short cuts like installing an awning. Other dealers will take short cuts, we try not to.
