Stop lying to customers and do the service work when it is promised.
Bought our RV in September. Evidence of a water leak. They said they fixed and resealed the roof and was supposed to replace battery. They didn’t replace the battery and when we had a pre season inspection this Spring was informed that the roof showed no signs proper repair. Cost us another $300 Since we dropped the ball and trusted them and didn’t inspect ourselves. Now we are fighting de-lamination issues. Also just found out that there is a recall on the AC from 2016 that has not been resolved that can be a fire hazard.

The staff and mechanics at flint hills are like a family. You can feel the culture of a family operated business. This and their excellent service after the sale we’re our primary decision points when trading our old fifth wheel for a brand new one. Ian is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. Got my unit in for service last minute and quality of work was excellent.
Their service department took 3 months to replace a black water tank. Was told it was on order in Nov when in reality they didn’t file the warranty paperwork until the week of Jan 7th. Was promised multiple call backs but never received a single one, even from the owner. I will be finding a new dealer for my travel trailer.
We needed s parts fixed on are RV the gentlemen Ian they sent out was professional very virtuous of what I told him and told me he’d have my camper in shop next morning. And to call and ask for him personally about any concerns. So thank you Ian Nate, David for getting this done for our family. Thank you
