absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the process was incredibly smooth and easy. The team was kind, helpful and professional, making sure I understood my eye exam and frame selection. It’s rare to find a place that is this efficient without ever making you feel rushed. If you’re looking for care and a stress free visit, this is definitely the place to go! I ended up booking with telemed and the entire process felt easy going and definitely am looking forward to the new glasses (and meta glasses)
Dr Ternes was thorough and made sure I knew my options for adjustment of my new progressives. No reason to live with pushing them up on my head to read my phone! Front Office ladies were brutally honest and wonderful in helping me pick out the best frame for my face. Had the best time picking out the right ones!
