I saw Dr. Martin for a toe causing pain. The surgery went WELL and the after care was IRREPLACEABLE. I felt heard and cared for at this clinic. That is a pretty big deal since I have CRPS.( Google CRPS. It may let this review seem more genuine. ) I'm wearing my cute sneakers again and am so thankful for my cute straightened toe.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ronald. He listened to my whole ugly story about my broken ankle and gave thoughtful answers. I felt heard, respected and cared for. He asked questions about my injury and what I was feeling. He truly seemed to care about my healing and wanted to better understand what I was experiencing, so he could give me the correct treatment. He even took the time to sit with me and let me ask him questions about what activities I wanted to resume/try and when and if he thought that was appropriate. ... read more
Office is packed, why do they make appointments? The office staff is inept. Tell me I need to pay money after 4 years or I cannot be seen. I've never been billed in that time. They didn't tell me I owed money when I made the appointment. The office girls are the worst. I won't be coming back.
I've been to Dr. Martin several times over the past several years, for a foot surgery and other foot issues. This doctor is excellent with his people skills, is intelligent, and really does try to help you, no matter the odd questions. I like that he is a great listener and he uses his expertise to guide the patient in making the right choice; he doesn't jump right to surgery as the only option.
