My friend and I went to this flight centre to get more information about flying to Brazil. The flight agent was not only very rude, but also gave inaccurate information on how to fly. She was unwilling to answer basic questions about how international travel works, and said that there was no accomodation available for passengers with special needs, which I have received in the past. Was in this store and witnessed the most abhorrent customer service. The Employee and Manager were rude and kept speaking over him when he was attempting to answer their questions. Then they threatened to call the police with no cause to, the customer was calm and sitting with no threatening behaviour whatsoever. Incorret detail on tickets resulted in my family not begin able to travel to UK together and costing me a extra $10k for new flights. Totally do not recommend this company or agent. Also my wife review has been deleted!
