Worst service the guy who served me had no personality and the fact I could not set up an account to put in money with them till I had enught is stupid as I have had this service before with other flight centres the seats were dirty and not enught staff overall bad experience will not go back

We had a very distressing experience with Flight Centre Booragoon that resulted in significant financial loss overseas. Despite paying over $10,000 for accommodation and being assured our booking details were correct, we arrived in Paris after a 24-hour flight to find the hotel had been booked for the wrong dates, no payment had been received, and our suite had been released.
