Avoid this place at all costs. Our experience was extremely negative and, frankly, unethical. We were charged for inventory that was not even present at their facility, in direct violation of their own contract terms. On top of that, they attempted to force us to pay for services we never requested and that were never performed. When we disputed these charges, the situation escalated. We were told outright that our inventory would not be released unless we paid these unjustified fees—essentially holding our products hostage.... read more

Hire Flexible Warehouse Solutions, they are Unbelievable! Your best business decision is to use this incredible, family owned and operated 3PL. My biggest mistake was not hiring them earlier. They are the Best!

Hands down the best fulfillment service warehouse in San Diego! I highly recommend their services especially if you have a small business and need some customized service while you get your business process down. Very flexible in their services and willing to work with you to make sure your business needs are met. Owners are on site and personally involved in the business to ensure quality support. I tried multiple fulfillment warehouses before and settled with FWS for the last 7 years, 0 complaints or regrets!

Excellent warehouse facility for small businesses with plenty of storage opportunities and various (flexible) fulfillment services. Everyone is very nice and there is a friendly atmosphere. It's also easy to connect with other business owners. Overall, highly recommended.
