Great company. Single contact, which means your recruiter is the only person you contact for all your needs. My recruiter Catherine Roe is exceptional, she is a great listener, council, and she was available for all me needs, she got back to me quickly and was able to resolve issues in a timely manner. I have only great things to say about Flexcare.
I highly recommend Flexcare to manage any healthcare travelers. I Love my recruiter Alex because he is professional, timely, a good communicator, and he will seek out information and respond back promptly. There is never any pressure, and my RN assignments have been expertly managed including my schedule requests. I am a very happy experienced nurse!!!
Contract was not good. Recruiter sent me to contract with wrong color scrubs, then she ordered them for me, and again wrong color. After that she quit. They will nickle and dime your stipend and subtract amounts for being short on your hours, no matter how small. They round up to the nearest quarter. Make sure to read your contract. This company calim to offer a referral bonus but it's a scam. I referred a RN to the company and she completed a contract I ln 2026. The recruiter preceed to say that I'm ineligible for a bonus because she was already in the system since 2022 but never worked with the company. I wouldn't give another referral to them. Nothing in the fine print says this. I consider it false advertising.
I am so BLESSED to have been matched with Travel Nurse Recruiter, Tanya Talbert. I have been in the Travel Nurse Industry for some years and I must truly say that Tanya is one of the BEST, she is kind, passionate about what she does and supportive.
