I’ve worked with FlexCare for almost a year and a half now. My recruiter - Robert Johnson has been truly amazing. He’s knowledgeable in the travel nursing world and always has the best advice to give and if by chance he doesn’t have any, he’s always got a contact on speed dial to help! Rob has answered my questions and calls even after hours when housing went terribly wrong. As a first time traveler, I couldn’t think of anyone else to talk to but him!

Great agency! My recruiter Rob Johnson has always been there for me. Been a nurse 17 years before deciding to try traveling, he walked me through everything, tried another company first, but I’m much more at ease with Flexcare. I have learned that the recruiter can make the whole experience, just like the military, and I either got real lucky, or Flexcare just sets the bar much higher. In any case I don’t plan on traveling with any other company.
