I am new to the travel nursing world and took the first assignment I was offered, 36 hours of thinking later, I informed my recruiter that I didn't think the distance of that location was going to work for me/my family. the recruiter informed me of the "serious repercussions" this decision may have (marked as a 'do not hire' by that staffing company) but failed to mention that he would also stop being my recruiter, as well. I may be new to this but I didn't think it was normal to just be dropped by the recruiter?
Flexcare is my second company and second assignment and I couldn’t be more happy! My recruiter Kristen McKnight is so supportive and kind. She is available when I need her but not overly contacting me as I have previously experienced. My facility is well organized, travel friendly and safe. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience!

Flexcare has made my first year as a travel nurse one of the best years of my career. My recruiter Andrew Pink truly goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. I hear so many horror stories from nurses using other companies and I can honestly say I am never able to relate to them because of the wonderful experience I have had thus far. Andrew is always on top of things and I never have to worry about anything except showing up to work and doing my job. I’m so grateful to have found flexcare.
I would highly recommend Jen Dempsey! She has helped me get my first travel contract and has been the most accommodating recruiter, she is ALWAYS available and solves problems that come up very quickly. I will absolutely be sticking with Flexcare and Jen as long as I can.
My recruiter Quang “Q” Phan has been fantastic. I was new to traveling and he walked me through the process every step of the way. He worked diligently to find an assignment for me in the area I needed, and kept me updated on any progress and/or issues that arose. If I need to speak with him, he makes himself available, period. He has been honest and forthcoming about every detail, and went above and beyond in order to find me the right assignment. FlexCare and Q are amazing!

Firstly, I never write a review on anything, but Morgan Singleton is absolutely the best and she deserves recognition. She is always willing to explain every aspect of my contracts so I understand what I’m signing up for and helps me research my assignments so I feel comfortable. First time traveler here and have been traveling with FlexCare for a year. Donna Donabedian has been a great recruiter. She has made the transition easy and is always available when I need her. Deanna is always very thorough and straight forward. She is very patient and kind.
