Not only is she extremely organized, she makes you feel super secure and that she has your back throughout the entire process. My recruiter Kristin McKnight was amazing right from the start. She made herself available anytime I needed advice or to ask a question. I have appreciated her attention to detail and the work she put forth to get me an assignment that fit my needs (NO NIGHTS) : ). This has been my first experience traveling and Kristin and FlexCare have been an instrumental part of my success.
Well first off, do not work with hospitals that actively put their staff, patients, and the general population in harm's way. Believe your employes when shady things happen. Dont care about your bottom dollar. 0/5 stars.

From the get-go when I began travel nursing Quang “Q” Phan was straight forward, informative, and most of all very helpful. This has been my first travel nursing assignment. My recruiter Melissa Perez helped me find an assignment that was friendly for first time travelers. She did an amazing job helping me and my roommate find an assignment on the same floor so that we were more comfortable. She is very quick to respond and answer any concerns that we have.
