I went to Adriana for a massage based on several recommendations and I am so glad I did. I explained the challenges I have with my lower back and left shoulder and felt relief for the first time after a massage. Adriana is extremely knowledgeable and in tune with the body and she explains things as they come up. I joined the membership program to incorporate monthly massages with my workout routine.
