Janelle was great. She made sure to focus on my problem spots with extra care. She and Dana also gave me excellent advice on how to correct my posture and stance, and pointed out specific exercises to try out. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and the place has a nice calming atmosphere to it.
I loved every bit of my appointment! Carlos and the rest of the staff are all super nice and very helpful. All of the rooms are very clean and homey feeling, I would definitely recommend this place!
Its been 2 weeks since my massage with Olivier ...I had over worked by Rotocuff and it was giving me trouble. After a full body massage with focus on my shoulder and cupping in targetted areas to help blood flow ...I'm now feeling awesome. Without Oliviers experience I honestly beleve I would still be in pain ...If you have a sports injury and need attention ..I would highly recommend Flexion Body Works ...go see for your self
Flexation is a great space and the team is terrific. Carlos is the best masseur and physical therapist that I have ever encountered and I get massage at least 3 times a month. Highly recommend Carlos and Flexation!
Carlos! Carlos! Carlos!!! Carlos has been working with me since Nov since having a partial shoulder replacement. He has hands down gotten me further in ROM and getting back to normal than even my doctor and Physical Therapist thought was possible at this point. Go book an appt!!
It’s always been hard for myself to refer the athletes at our gym to a facility for massage, recovery, and injury prevention. We just never found someone that we truly believed in to help our members. Luckily, Flexation has filled that void. We love sending not only ourselves, but our Aspire Sports Lab athletes, to Flex. Their staff is all incredibly knowledgeable and understands what we do as CrossFitters, endurance athletes, and everything in between. Keep up the amazing work Flexation!

The best place to get a massage, super friendly people, Olivier and Carlos are both amazing. I can just recommend it!
