The customer service Is an absolute disaster. Wretched people who are condescending and snide. I am a physician and my wife worked as an executive in the banking industry. Yet we were followed around the store like criminals and made to feel that we couldn't possibly afford anything in the store. Absolutely the worst shopping experience in my life. I have been in this store many times over the years as I grew up in New Orleans and always enjoyed the experience. I am so appalled by the treatment my daughter and I received yesterday. From the moment we walked in, we were talked down to, then followed closely by a rude sales lady the entire time, as if criminals off the street. Very disheartening.
