If there was a ZERO star rating that’s what I’d give. I am beyond sad and disappointed at the scam this shop is. Don’t fall into their nice we can change anything ship anything for free antics just to get you to spend a lot of money and return to add almost $300 in change fees and shipping fees. They are very friendly and helpful at first and you will fall in love with their hats and craftsmanship only to be scammed.

RecommendedI love my beautiful hat. It’s a lovely store and my best friend and I had a great time picking out our hats. Honestly, we did have some trouble with one of the salespeople. We were so excited about our beautiful hats and when we went back the next day, there was different staff there that honestly was not very nice. HOWEVER, after my complaint they immediately contacted me to make it right. I am excited about my hat again and I will be back to the beautiful shop again. I visited New Orleans with my sister years ago. I fell in love with a hat I named Matilda. I asked if they could put it aside for me because I would have to save for it. They not only set it aside, but within a few months I received the hat of my dreams. The staff was beyond helpful, and I still wear Matilda.
Mystical and magical ~~~ (nothing like GREEN VELVET against ones skin) ~~~ and the sales people are so interesting, fun and accommodating ~~~ I’ve been walking passed this CHARMING Parisian store for close to 28 years, which is a divine experience in itself.

Incredible boutique where you will find the perfect hat for you. Hands down an awesome experience and opportunity to find something exquisite and one of a kind. Was fortunate enough to meet the milner/artist and chat with her to have her fit my dream hat to me. Loved it.
Excellent personalized service, if you are there to shop they will give you the best advice and will be patient, there are so many options that it is so hard not to walk out with more than one! Beautiful designs, materials and carefully made. My Scottish attendant #Angela Van Meter was great!
