Amazing experience if you are interested in one of a kind hats that are each a unique statement. You will never see anything like this anywhere. I drew in the deepest breath when I entered the shop and my heart almost stopped. You will not be disappointed if you admire beauty and you too will become a fan. Not to be missed when in New Orleans.
My sister and I were in New Orleans with our adult daughters (3 in all) ready to purchase hats and look at dresses for an upcoming Derby party - we were dressed nicely and were immediately accosted by woman who later claimed to be the owner- she was extremely upset that a couple of us had drinks in our hands - instead of asking us nicely to please take the drinks outside, she was rude and obviously fed up with customers - we were so surprised by the way she spoke down to us and her attitude, that we turned around and immedia... read more

they treated me & my friends like we were lucky to be in their store and not the other way around. i have better things to do in NOLA than play games with second grade little girls.
A walk back in time. Gorgeous! Snobby staff that makes sure you don't touch or take pictures. The hats are AMAZING works of art but a warm friendly staff it lacks.
The WORST shopping experience I have ever had. Never have I been treated so rudely and made to feel like a criminal in a store in my life. I adore hats and shoes and am willing to spend money on something I like. There was a 100% chance I was going to make a purchase.
