Well after wandering in with a friend who had always wanted to purchase from here, we were followed around and then promptly asked to leave so that the customers could have privacy. We had money to spend and were treated like trash. This was an unfortunate experience. We will not be back.

Apologizes to if you felt this way. Our weekends is our busiest time and we are at an enormous capacity with Kentucky Derby, Mardi Gra, etc. The Style Associates are required to escort you through the store, that is part of their job. Hope you can give us another chance.
I was in NOLA for the UF/LSU game in November 2016 and spent some time window shopping, until I passed Fleur de Paris! I was amazed at the copious amounts of beautiful hats these women have uniquely created. I tried on endless hats and they helped me for over two hours to select the perfect hat for the 2017 Kentucky Derby! Even when I said I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend that much they didn't push me to decide on the spot. It was our first visit to New Orleans, & had the pleasure of visiting Fleur de Paris today...exquisite hats galore! The staff made us feel quite welcome as we tried on different hats, I put a hat on hold...it was my Birthday today, & unfortunately didn't make it back before closing. The staff were so accommodating, wrote the specifics on the 2 hats I was interested in, & offered to ship to Las Vegas in one of their beautiful hat boxes....would definitely be calling soon to place my order!
