We have always used Fletchers Plumbing for the stuff we can't tackle ourselves and have always had a great experience. From the office staff, to the technicians in the field we are always impressed. Our guest bathroom tub would take over two minutes for the water to get hot, which seemed rather wasteful, so I got an estimate from Fletcher for replacing the 50 gallon NG water heater with a tankless. I wanted a high efficiency unit with a recirculation pump and thought I would get the unit installed on the exterior of the house. Cut an access panel in 40 yr old irreplaceable tile unnecessarily because there was already one in the drywall in the closet. Nothing was explained to me. There was a leak left in my sons bathroom and when I called about it I was told to put a bowl under it and they could come the following Friday. A old toilet was left in my living room for 8 weeks. I was told to move that myself as well by office staff. Left some sort of adhesive on the floo... read more
