I spoke with staff via email and text message about a truck I wanted to test drive/buy. Even called the day before to advise I was driving two hours for said truck and confirmed with staff. I had loan lined out with bank and ppi scheduled with mechanic down the road. Drove the two hours to find out they sold the truck the afternoon before and didn’t bother letting me know. Drove about 30 minutes to check out the cars.we saw about 5 cars that looked promising online. When we arrived we started looking at cars for around 20-30 minutes and no one bothered to make contact. We saw a worker doing something underneath a car with a water or air hose and decided to make contact and ask how he was doing and he didn't bother to ask if we needed anything or offer to show us a vehicle.
